When we bought our home, we were alarmed to discover that it wasn’t level. We wanted to do some remodeling, but needed to address this issue first. Sam from Amvico assured us that they could raise the house, replace all of the piers and posts – without damaging the plumbing or the heating ducts. They kept to all their promises and walked us through everything whilst doing it. Our house was completed on time and within the budget we set. It was a great experience to work with Amvico because they made it easy. We have already recommended their services to family, and will continue to do so.

Amvico worked very quickly to remove deep concrete from our back garden, despite it absolutely pouring down with rain all day. The builders told us it would be a lot of work and take over a week, yet Amvico managed to do it all to completion within 4 days. They were also happy to divert some of the guys from the main job we hired them for to tidy up some plastering around a loft hatch and take out some extra rubbish we had in the backyard / loft to fill up the last space in the skip too. Amvico did a better job in cleaning up after themselves than I thought a builder ever could. Very polite and friendly workers, so I can’t recommend them enough. Will definitely hire again. We have just had a new drive put in by Amvico and from start to finish they were fantastic. Despite our old drive being in pieces and the ground level all over the place Amvico managed to do the job in three days as promised. They provided me with plenty of recommendations material types, drains and cost effective designs. Best price I was quoted from the various builders I contacted. I was pleased by the way they sat me down at the start and went through everything they would do and helped me decide on how to best use the budget the quoted. Best builder I have had so far. We were very pleased with the work your company did for us. The labourers were respectable and coped well with us when we changed our mind on using bricks instead of slabs. They worked hard to finish exactly when promised even tho we implemented a various changes to the original plan for the living room and garden.
